Machulis on 06/29/2009 My son purchased a new flat screen tv for his bed room and I was disconnecting the old cable and one of the prongs broke off inside the vcr and I couldn t get it out. Now we had to buy a DVD/VCR combo. I had always purchased the lowest priced cables in the past. Never again. These new cables look very durable and I believe the quality of the sound is better.
