I think this product is great for people who are having wrist pain associated with mousing. It does succeed in keeping the wrist in good posture and does prevent contact stress at wrist (pressure from resting wrist on desk) so I think it would be helpful in preventing someone who has wrist pain from getting a really bad RSI from mousing. However, the downside is that it significantly impedes your speed and accuracy while mousing b/c the muscles used to move the mouse are much stronger but lack the fine motor skills the ones of the hand have. So, all in all, if you are already having wrist pain on your dominant side, I think this is a great solution for you b/c it s worth the impairment of speed to save your wrist, however, if you re not in pain at all, you will probably be annoyed by the learning curve.
